The layout of your dream villa rental in Portugal (Algarve) !

On the ground floor of your holiday villa you will find your spacious living room, modernly and comfortably decorated, with
an open fire place and sliding doors to the terrace on the side of the house. There is a dining area and a guest toilet.
Satellite TV and a brand-new flat-screen TV as well as a VCR- and DVD player and of course a sound-system are at your disposal. Furthermore we offer you free use of the internet, cable free via a Vodafone 'Pen' (USB-stick).
Also on the ground floor is the large master bedroom with two comfortable single hotel beds and lots of closet space.
The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.

Your sizeable and modern kitchen comes fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooker, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster and a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer). There is an ample supply of cutlery, glass ware, kitchenware and pots and pans. Additionally the kitchen features a spacious breakfast area.
The kitchen gives access to a little terrace; some steps down and you will find your outdoor kitchen, barbeque and original bread oven with a large covered terrace next to it. An excellent place to have a fun barbeque with everyone!
You can drive your car around the house and there is ample parking. You will find a variety of garden sets everywhere around the house so you can choose your spot: sit and bask in the sun, find a place in the shade or relax outside with a delicious glass of Portuguese Vine Verde in the evening!

The stairs bring you to the first floor (which can be locked), featuring three large bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a luxurious double hotel bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom comes equipped with a sink, toilet and large shower.
The other two bedrooms both have two very comfortable single hotel beds and all bedrooms have ample closet space.
The separate third bathroom is very spacious and has a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower.
Two of the bedrooms on this floor give access to a large roof terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside and in the distance the always deep blue ocean.
