- Upon arrival at the villa you will be met by our English speaking villa management-team who will check you in and hand you the keys. They live very close by and can be with you quickly should you need them.
- We require a deposit of E 300, to be paid to our villa management in cash upon arrival, which will of course be paid back to you at the check-out prior to your departure.
- For bookings made longer than one month prior to arrival date we require a down-payment of 20% of the total rent amount, payable within 7 days after booking. The remainder of the rent amount is to be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- For bookings made within one month prior to arrival date the full rent amount is to be paid within 7 days after booking.
- We cannot accept any liability whatsoever in case of accidents of any kind during your stay, irrespective of the cause of such accident.
